Health and wellness coaching is a process of helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals by developing a personalized plan that focuses on their unique needs, strengths, and challenges. I provide support and guidance throughout the process, helping you to identify and overcome barriers, develop healthy habits, and ultimately improve your overall well-being. Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative process that empowers you to take ownership of your health.
At Inner Direction Coaching, my goal is to help you reach your goal for better mental, emotional, spiritual and/or physical health. In my coaching process, we take a whole person approach to your path of your ideal picture of health and wellness. Some of the areas that we will focus on are your physical environment, nutrition and life style, mental and emotional well being, fulfillment and purpose, physical activity and lifestyle, sleep and rest, as well as your community factors will be a part of your coaching process.
We begin by working together to understand what your vision is for your perfect health. Then we work together to understand your values. Once we understand what your vision and values are we will work together to create goals for this vision. An action plan will then be created to help you achieve your goals. Step-by-step we will work together to help you get to your vision of health and wellness.
